Reason for the error is not enough memory. When compiling errors occur and some files are not created. So the setup doesn't work correctly. Workaround is to stop e.g. apache2 before "make install".

But it's not sure if afterwards enough ram is available to let ispCP work correctly. So choose a server with enough ram for ispCP ;-)
