Is there a ways to rebuild all mail confs from the db?

(Incase of accidental deletion of conf files)

e.g. what flag do I have to set in the database for all mail confs to be rebuilt during next ispcp-rqst-mngr run?

also, if you set the db entry to "toadd" will that recreate the home directories for mail if they dont exist?
