Stats not working after upgrade from RC2 to RC4

After upgrading from RC2 to RC4 on my Debian Etch system, my statistics are not running anymore. I already looked around here and I do not know where to look anymore. Some information:

The only logfile filled with information is the ispcp-vrl-traff.log. I also already flushed IP tables by using iptables -F

The only statistics running now are Web and FTP statistics. Where to look for an answer?

And what is missing ?
Is the ispcp_network daemon running ?

The daemon is running. SMTP and POP3/IMAP statistics are missing.
Are these statistics running different as the Web / FTP statistics?
