Should I configure mail system before I'll start ispCPs' installation?

No, ispCP does this all for you!
During the installation the current configs will be overwritten with the ispCP Configs.

but I have a problem now...
I can not connect to postfix/smtp to send a message.

Thats maybe the Problem. I don´t use FreeBSD so i cant really help you here.
But it looks like your SASL isn´t correct or maybe a wrong path is used.

Out of the Box, ispCP works only under Debian. Maybe you have to fix your configs to get it work under FreeBSD.
