Directory based accounts

Hi,
I am setting up ispCP for a single-domain dedicated server.
Users are given directories under main domain, e.g: domain.com/user1

How can I configure/change it to work that way?

I figured i need to change php scripts (where new users create) to accept domain-less accounts.
And i need to enable userdir module on apache to have access on /home/*/htdocs/ structure.
And finally i need to change default domain virtual host template file.
