Error adding new domain after upgrade to RC4

I get this error now when trying to add a new domain

test123.com - Set status to "change"
get_tag() | ERROR: '# httpd Data BEGIN. ' ne '# httpd Data END. ', '# httpd Data BEGIN. ' or '# httpd Data END. ' missing in src !

Any ideas?

OK just found out that a colleague of mine mistakenly removed this form the ispcp.conf file...

# httpd [{ALS_NAME}] als entry BEGIN.
# httpd [{ALS_NAME}] als entry END.

# httpd [xx.xx.xx.150] virtual host entry END.

# httpd [{IP}] virtual host entry BEGIN.
# httpd [{IP}] virtual host entry END.

# httpd Data END.

However i now have this showing up....

postmaster@test123.com - Set status to "change"
set_mta_hash_value() | ERROR: Undefined Input Data...
