I followed your guide. I stayed at:

sudo rpmbuild -ta courier-authlib-0.62.1.tar.bz2

bunzip2: I/O or other error, bailing out. Possible reason follows.
bunzip2: Broken pipe
Input file = (stdin), output file = (stdout)
errore: Impossibile rinominare ~/rpm/SPECS/rpm-spec.8XtEof in ~/rpm/SPECS/rpm-spec.8XtEof: No such file or directory: No such file or directory
[root@www downloads]#


Why ask me to create any folder. Thank you all for your help
