Does anyone have a step-by-step for Ubuntu?

I was wondering if anyone had a step by step for Ubuntu, including what dependencies needed to be installed and what repositories needed to be added for installation.

Since Ubuntu is based on Debian, the Debian instructions should be similar for the most part to what you will need to do.

I tried using them and they failed, I was wondering if maybe there is a certain version of Ubuntu that I should use? Thanks, Chris

And why do you not use the Ubuntu install instructions which are included in the package you have downloaded?

How do I get to them? I am a total linux newbie and everyone keeps acting like I know everything...

There is a directory "docs". In this directory there is another directoy called "Ubuntu" and in this one there are further information about installing ispCP on Ubuntu.
