I get a blank page when log-in whit filemanager.

Help!

When I try to log-in with filemanager into my ftp account I just get a blank page. What happend!

Also when I create a ftp account and try to choose a directory I get a pop up windows sayin that "can't open a directory!, contact your administrator."

What should I to solve this?? Thank's.
