Add superuser in Maia without an emailaddress

Just installed a new server with ISPCP running on it. Next step was installing Maia and also this worked fine using the how to. But now a little problem:

in the last step you have to create a superuser. On my first server this was my own emailaddress / password and this worked fine, but now on the second server I don't have an emailaddress to use to log in to Maia. Is there a way to add a superuser as a local user in stead of an emailaddress so I can manage the Maia server and the new users can use their emailaddress to log in?
