MySQL Down ?
In Server status i see this:

localhost (Port 3306) MYSQL DOWN

But why is it down?

I really dont understand..

Im trying to connect to the server with Navicat, but it doesnt work?

Its like the MySQL Server isnt responding ?

What can i do?

I have tried a /etc/init.d/mysql restart, but that didnt help much Sad

RE: MySQL Down ?
try to enable networking Wink

i think your mysql is just running only on a socket Big Grin.
So just because if mysql isn't running you couldn't login into ispcp and ... wonder wonder you even cannot see the monitor page - so (it takes it preferences out of mysql ).

So Smile just keep track of what your system is really doing and what is configured.
ispCP can do a lot - but it doesn't replace knowledge on the adminsite - it just makes it easier to avoid using vi all the time.

RE: MySQL Down ?
Because of the reason ephigenie told you and because MySQL accepts only connections from localhost by default.
