Problem with awstats (Internal Server Error)

I'm install ispcp RC6 2 days ago.
Everything work great except when I try to reach awstats page, it's come out with "Internal Server Error".



ispcp RC6 is fresh install and I activate awstats during installation with all default settings.

I also add mod-security2, mod-evasive and mod-limitipconn to apache2.

Any suggestion ?

Hello. Me too install ispcp RC6 and me too the same problem.

There is someone for resolv this problem?? It's very important for me.
