Name Change To ispCP OMEGA

Since the name of the project has chnaged, I think you should just call it "Omega"!?!?!

Or even "Omega CP".

Just a suggestion!!!

Please, no more discussions about it!
It is now named to ispCPOmega - done.

Now new Logos are made, the trunk is now also up-to-date.
There was a change from vhcs omega to ispcp omega in every single file.
