Help needed: ispCP is looking for Designer

Is the plan to do this before v1.0? I have been having discussions with Markus (simple) about this and as stated by myself above, it make sense to do this after v1.0 is released.

Reason:
1. Converting existing layout to tableless is only visible to admin/reseller/user and provides no new functionality and fixes no existing bugs. It is regarded as a feature (v1.0 is in feature freeze!).
2. The new layout should be made for the new ispCP v2.x release but I'd like to get a head start on it once we have v1.0 Gold as the code will have been declared stable and the templates will not change too often.
