Webmail Problem?

I had some trouble with Webmailer in 2.4.7.1 and i installed the omega Webmailer a few weeks ago. It works very good but one of my customer is not able to login:
FEHLER
Sie müssen angemeldet sein um Zugriff auf diese Seite zu bekommen.
Gehe zur Login-Seite.

He told me that the problem is in both browser IE & FF ...
I'm not shure about this .. and i was able to login from my computer.
Are there known problems - login into webmailer?

no - except that the browser may have to accept a cookie.

Try adding the site to the list of trusted sites on his pc ?

he told me that other Freemail sites are working - i think also that the cookies not working in his system - and he use Z-Alarm Firewall.

don't know - but the message indicates a local problem in my mind...

i hope tonight ( only 2 bugs left in rc2 ) + some Problems with suse ...

i have so much problems with my old 2.4.7 and i pre installed a fresh debian server ... for rc2
