Change the password error

Hey all. I try to change the password for a reseller account, and I get back:
Inconsistency between current_als_cnt and actual alias count: 140 != 130

What does this mean, and how do I make it go away?

The easy long way =
1-create a reseller account
2-transfer all client account from problematic reseller to newly created reseller.
3-Delete problematic reseller account.
4-Re-create prob.reseller account
5-Transfer all client account back from new-tmp-reseller to re-created reseller
6-Delete new-tmp-reseller
