eaccelerator - update php.ini

Ive followed this guide:

I have updated the /etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/php5/php.ini
on the bottom and tried to regenerate the config files, but they look just the same. How come and how do i fix this?

how come the php.ini files on the domains dont change when i regenerate configfileS? any possibility to debug?
