If the CMD_CMP from above error is the only one you have, then just add the variable into the /etc/ispcp.conf:

just to see where it's placed best... (path is valif for debian, maybe others...)

CMD_DIFF = /usr/bin/diff

CMD_CMP = /usr/bin/cmp

CMD_DU = /usr/bin/du
