Drupal Multisite setup
Hi!

What is the best way to setup multiple sites using one Drupal core?

Normally one should install drupal to e.g. /var/www/virtual/drupal and then the sites are configured as sites/domain.tld within the central Drupal setup.

How could this be done?

Thanks.

I haven't tried this myself on ispCP, but could you not use domain aliase to point all your domains to one site where you have drupal setup and then use Drupal multi-sites for the aliased domains/subdomains?

Try it and report back whether it works.

Yes - I think that would work. But I would expect to be loosing the per domain statistics...

No you won`t Wink. As long as you call one domain as domain1.tld this will go in domain1.tld-access.log. If in your browser you access domain2.tld this will go in domain2.tld-access.log. But you must use last trunk because in RC7 sharing of mount point for allias domain is disableb, but later re-enabled in nightly builds.
