ispCP block apache!!

I use ubuntu 10 intrepid and before of install your software i have configurated my web server whit help of http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-8.10 This guide is very power indeed my WebServer perfect and functionality . After i follow the guide for the install ispCP on ubuntu 8.10 .
Possible that ispCP block apache ??? After finish installation of ispCP OMEGA rc7 and it completed succesfully, apache not restart .
I try write of terminal /etc/init.d/apache2 restart and the answer is [OK]. But when i go in the browser at my localhost or admin.server1.example.com for the panel control ispCP, my server is not in function. Appears a blank page whit write:
404 NOT FOUND
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Ubuntu) mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5.2 mod_ruby/1.2.6 Ruby/1.8.7(2008-08-11) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at localhost Port 80

Where i wrong?

Does it work as admin.server1.example.com/index.php ?
