How should I install ispcp to access to control panel admin.server.example.com and the other pages on http://server's_address/user_page?

In setup I write Fully Qualified Domain Name as server.example.com
in admin access admin.server.example.com
server address:10.0.0.30

After installation I can login when I type in browser 10.0.0.30
when I type 10.0.0.30/admin access admin.server.example.com or 10.0.0.30/user.com I get error 404.

What I'm doing wrong?
