Donde está php.ini?

Hola, necesito cambiar los ajustes del tamaño máximo a subir que de serie viene limitado a 2M, y no encuentro el fichero php.ini


¿Dónde está?

If you use PHP4 instead of PHP5 look into the php4 directory."
