Tango, this has nothing to do with v1. Please open a new thread. Next time everything not on subject will be deleted. Right now i just split your answer. First is for selecting for loggedin user language, second for installing and default language.

I think the word "default" for selecting the users language is irritating. It should be just "Choose language".
