ISPCP Upgrade form RC7 to ispCP Omega 1.0.0 FAILD

php files are correct!
if you look to the other fcgi folder all files are chown by virtual user, and if you chown dir php4 and php5 with vu2000 it works.I think they have changed this in release 1.0.0!
