Update 1.0.0RC3 -> 1.0.0stable

Hi there,

I'm getting the following error when trying to update from 1.0.0rc3 to 1.0.0stable on my Debian lenny system. I followed exactly the HOWTO from http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...pgrade/rc:

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
DEBUG: push_el() sub_name: sys_command(), msg: ERROR: External command '/usr/bin/mysql --host="localhost" -u"root" -p"9ÁÃwÇ;Îyæ¡" < /tmp/db.sql' returned '1' status !
failed!
SQL Update failed.
-x-x- DEBUG mode ON!-x-x-

The password seems some kind of wrong encoded - but in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf the encrypted password is correct and I also reset it via /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-db-passwd.

When I login to mysql with the password everything is ok and I can fully access the ispcp DB.

What is going wrong here?

Solved - my key files where corrupted. How ever this couild happen.

RC3 - this is old... :-)

I don't know exactly where's the problem but I'd look for the pw decryption and set the real password to the variable... (easiest) - maybe this works.
You have backed up everything?

Another way: update to RC4 or RC5 and then to 1.0
