Update Rc7 to 1.00 Stable ERROR 500

I update my server RC7 to 1.00 Stable, two days after update my server gives Error 500, in the log the problem is the old problem...the script ends prematurely after 40 seconds, the error is only to add emails, other accounts like FTP no problem..I using debian Lenny, any sugestions??
