fresh install and Bind doesn't listen?
On a fresh debian lenny installation, I figured out that BIND is not listening, but only in local.

in named.conf.options

listen-on port { 127.0.0.1; };
must be remplaced by
listen-on port { any; };

Otherwise, the service appear down in ISPCP admin "Server Status", and your domains won't work...
