Apache chroot (German Corner clone)

Virtualhost users can see all / dirs from cgi scripts. Is seems to me that chrooting apache is reasonably good rather then chmod o-rwx. But i have no idea how to make it in right conception and in KISS style.
(I cant understand german, but i suggest there is something interesting in that thread)

no there's no solution for the problem with non-php scripts.

I only mentioned at the end the potential usage of a cgi-bin wrapper like sbox or similar.
