Problem during install CentOS 5.2

Alright got pretty far in the install

Fresh install of CentOS followed the server setup from the link at the beginning of the install doc
And installing with the newest stable version 1.0.0
I got to
part 3 sub 5

Quote:cat ./docs/CentOS/centos-perl | xargs -I {} perl -MCPAN -e 'install {}'

and i get the error
