apache crash after disable account white page

Question apache crash after disable account white page
hello

i have a big problem

i have disable an account and juste after it, i have a white page in my panel and all accounts on the server ( just a white page )

i cant access on phpmyadmin too
i have try a regeneration files ispcp too

in my syslog i can see this one:

this server is on RC 7 version an 2.2.3 apache version

i can pay for intervention and if it's possible upgrade to stable version

Your Linux (Kernel) ok ?
This is not a normal Error Rolleyes like a wrong config or something...
