RE: RC7 upgrade 1.0
well, regardless of that it fails right after this step. is there no way to see why it's failing from the system itself. I don't want to have to keep asking here why it's not working :\

RE: RC7 upgrade 1.0
If I may make a suggestion here.

There were several people who stated they had problems with the upgrade from RC7 to 1.0.0 and IIRC they all had the FTP SQL Password autogenerated.

When I did the upgrade here I manually set a password for the FTP SQL User and I ran through smoothly.

Might this be an angle to look at?

RE: RC7 upgrade 1.0
Thanks for your reply puster but unfortunately I initially tried my original password thinking it was asking for it and it did not work. It simply fails after this point.

One thing I will mention is that when I initiated the upgrade, it says its rebuilding the configuration but that part remains idle in what appears to be a frozen state. I pressed ctrl+c to cancel as I had to close my terminal and at this point it actually skipped to the rest of the setup.
