External command.... 127 status

So i've followed the CentOS install guide word for word. All has gone well but at the install I end up with this error after I enter in all required information:

ERROR: External command '/usr/sbin/postmap /etc/postfix/ispcp/aliases /etc/postfix/ispcp/domains /etc/postfix/ispcp/                mailboxes /etc/postfix/ispcp/transport /etc/postfix/ispcp/sender-access &> /tmp/ispcp-setup-services.log' returned '                127' status !

I've searched these forums for ever and only came up with 1 post with this error, although that didn't help me any. PLEASE ispCP Gurus, help me!!
