al parecer mi mod_fcgid esta con problemas aunque todo el servidor anda re bien alguna forma para que no aparesca ese error, aunque me parece que se apago el mod_fastcgi plz!!

reinstale el libapache2-mod-fastcgi

apt-get install --reinstall libapache2-mod-fastcgi

y ahora 0 problemas en el apache!!
