can't create file and 500 error!

when i install pptpd beform this control panel is working normal,but i installed pptpd to vpn server it can not create file and show 500 error,

ispCP Daemon tools have some Execute requests,
i Manual Perform the command of ispcp-rqst-mngr can performed this Execute requests,but i click this Execute requests show 500 error?

what i do?
