[OT] Xen permanent domid

Hi there


does anybody of you guys know if there is a possibility to assign always the same domid to a domain?

We would like to monitor the network traffic, this is quite easy to do with snmp on the xen dom0 using the vif[domid].0 as data source... But this is not convenient if the domainid is not static...

Reading to whole manpage again, I discovered there is a vifname option in the vif directive...
