error cron.d

I have slackware 12.2 and i run perl ./ispcp-setup
and i have error:

/bin/cp: could not create `/etc/cron.d/': it is catalog
Ending...

What it is wrong?

We are working to get ispcp running on Slackware 12.2 right now, we did it before in Slackware 12.1 but didn't write a proper documentation for it. If you can wait for at least 1 week we may have it ready for then.
