[SOLVED] My Server is freezing ...

I have a CentOS Server with ispCP RC7 installed on it but sometimes it get freezed. The server is responding normally on ping command but ssh nor apache is working... Do you have an idea why it is happened ?

Top shows "MySQL-112 % CPU load".
Nothing abnormal with logs.

What says to about the I/O ?

In such cases i love munin or mrgt to see what happend exactly.
