Starting Installation ... and nothing happens anymore?

Ubuntu Server 8.04 LTS (incl. latest update/upgrade) + ispcp-omega-1.0.0.tar.bz2

I tried it multiple times, the script always hangs at the same step. i let the script last 2 times for about 2h, it never went further than above, also when i ran http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...setup_mean beside.
Then nothing happens anymore. I´m also wondering about the PHP Undefined error...

Any ideas?
