can i change the way ispcp builds a user's home dir?

hi!

i am considering to put some specified files and directories in a user's home dir(a user may want to specify his php.ini or cgi wrapper by himself). is there any way to do that?

or can i just build a "template dir" and when a user is created, all files and dirs in the "template dir" will be automatically copied to his home dir?

is there any way to do this?
