File Manager 500 ISE

I have a fresh clean install of ispcp 1.0.0. Everything seems to be working except for the File Manager. I get to the login screen, but after I input my login details it processes for a few seconds the spits out;

Error 500!

/tools/filemanager/index.php

FTP works fine with FileZilla. Not sure what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.
