Php.ini?

Where is the global PHP.ini file? I cannot find it because i cannot use phpinfo() because i cannot enable it in the PHP.ini file.. it's sorta an endless loop.

If someone can help that would be great

Are you using fastcgi/fcgid or mod_php?

fastcgi/fcgid: each website has it's own php.ini file, located in /var/www/fcgi/domain.tld/php5/php.ini

mod_php: you have a global php.ini, located in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
