Reading and receiving log-mails amavis@
Maybe a newbie question, so sorry for that:

I can see that log mails are sent to amavis@<mydomain>. The same with log emails going to webmaster@admin.<mydomain> and admin@<mydomain>?

Is there a comfortable way reading the log mails without using the shell?

Thanks for your help.

Regards
Oliver

Redirect these addresses to your personal one, so you can read the mails using your preferred mail client Smile

Yes, that's what I thought. But howto? Which scripts/conf-files do I have to touch in which way?

Regards,
Oliver.

If <mydomain> is a LOCAL domain (not configured through ispcp), you need to add the alias into the "/etc/aliases" file and execute the command "newaliases". Otherwise, this emails should have been automatically redirected to the owner of the domain (the e-mail of the domain user). Hope this helps...
