subdomain stuck at "Addition in progress"

Subject says it all.

subdomain stuck, hasn't been added.

using 1.0.0 stable
ispcp daemon is running,
bind is running,
mounted folder point does not exist,
querying the name server fails but works for other domains/subs

Can you strace the daemon, try to add a subdomain, and then post the results of strace please?
