Alias problem/question.

Hello.
I try to google my problem and search about it on this forum but i didn't find anything.

I've got domain: testdomain.org and catalog structure: backups, cgi-bin, disabled, errors, htdocs, logs, phptmp.
In htdocs i've got my site and folder net

I've got another domain: netdomain.org.
I need to add this domian to folder /htdocs/net
So netdomain.org = testdomain.org/net

When i create alias to /htdocs/net/ then i receive new catalog structure (backups, cgi-bin, disabled, errors, htdocs, logs, phptmp) in net folder.

Can i add this alias without modifying apache files by myself?
(I can do this but i know that if i change something through ispcp panel then apache config file will be overwritten).

Redirection is not an option.
