with proper formatting

Hi, i have an iPad2(plz bring out ipad2 version..) and an iPhone4, and I played quite a lot already on my iPhone4, and I wish I could log in with that account on my iPad, but how do I set a password and Username without losing it all, what i've built on my iPhone4?
