I thought there are more characters in the (mail_users)status field...

Aren't there ... at the end?

I don't know how to help - there's no solution if the error is not known.

Maybe you need someone who checks this directly on your machine.

Hi everybody with the same error:

Please try the following:

set the password of the affected mail accounts to _no_, the status to "change" and rerun the request manager, then change the mail password in the gui again to something good.

This should work.

Background: it may be that the mail passwords are crypted twice - or something similar.

If there is a backup of the ispcp database from before the last update, keep it! maybe you can use some of the data from it...

i go in pma change status in change return in control panel and view email status in
Modification in progress N/A N/A

so I can not change password , shortly after returning error

yes I know - you have to change the password in pma!

set it to _no_ or one of the passwords from other accounts (use a shorter one)...

We are trying to find a good solution...
