Problema con estatisticas internal server error

Buenos días,

Tengo ISPCP montado y funcionado bien bajo Debian (Lenny), pero me falla las estatisticas de web para los dominios virtaules.

Entro en el panel de control pincho en estatisticas de web y entro los detalles del usuarios, conecto y me sale un error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Alguien sabe que puede ser? Me pasa en todos mis dominios acepto uno.
