SSL and Sub Domains
Hi,

I apologize if this is a bit of a dumb question. I installed ispCP on a fresh install of Debian. I ran into no problems at all with the installation of the system and when it was all done I was able to view the login at the primary domain. The problem is it won't view the login at the subdomain. When I attempted to setup a sub domain and go to it on one of my domains it just came up with an error page saying it could not find the URL.

Also, I have been so far unable to figure out how to set it up to be able to be accessed using SSL (https url). I followed some directions I found about setting up OpenSSL on the server but when I was finished going to the domain with https just results in a page not found error from the browser, not the server 404 error.

Did I miss something in my setup that could be causing these problems? I have a feeling that the problems may be related.

Thank You,

Stewart

You are experiencing DNS problems. Ensure that your server is being used as authoritative DNS server for any domains you setup in the panel. Further, please manually check if each address is resolving to the proper IP before trying to use it as http/https direciton.
