Upgrade rc4->1.0.2 update-script php.ini problems

Hi,

i got (a lot of the folloing) errors when running: ispcp-update

Code:

/bin/sed: kann php.ini nicht lesen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
closedir() attempted on invalid dirhandle DIRH at ispcp-update line 818.

Is seems the "search_and_replace" function can't find the php.ini files.
I found them in:
/var/www/fcgi/WEBSITES/php5/php.ini

What can be wrong?
