Regenerate all domain configs

Is there somehow possible to regenerate all dns config to match with new dns template?
I changed templates a little (another ns2 syntax, added ns3, replace mx fields) but if I try regenerate config with this howto, nothing will changed at all.
So do I must modify all configs with texteditor or what?

Any Error if you enable the Debug Modus ?
Try to move a config to new temp. filename, then regenerate again and be sure that you have a complete new generated file.
